Wilted Greens

Ingredients

¼ c rice vinegar
3 T soy sauce
2 ½ t sugar
1 ½ t ginger, freshly grated
1 ½ t sesame oil
3 cups pea shoots or sprouts
3 cups tatsoi
3 cups spinach

Directions

Heat vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, ginger and sesame oil in a small saucepan over medium/low heat. Stir until sugar is just dissolved. Pour hot dressing over greens in a large bowl and toss well. Serve at once.

We've tried 4 different veg box schemes - this is the best! Reliably excellent produce, as local as possible, mostly (?) organic. Lots of extra things available, either regularly or as a one-off.
