Delicious soft set honey from Mrs B's beehives in Hampshire.
Mrs B only harvests honey which is surplus to the bees' requirements. To do this they leave a whole box of their honey on each of the colonies throughout the year and only harvest honey from the extra boxes that they fill when they have a good flow of nectar.
All their honey is harvested individually from each apiary and sold with the location on the labeling.
